This is a very sturdy product and the instructions were fine as instructions go. they all seem a bit overdone to me.
None the less, it was easy to install, provided you have some know how of reinforcing these things to the ceiling.
It worked out very well for me and I’m happy with it.

To start this product was advertised as “Video Secure” brand and Amazon asked to be notified if the advertised brand didn’t ship. I notified Amazon but never heard a word back from them. There is absolutely no manufacturer identified on the box, no web site or telephone number for support and the directions are a joke. Spend a little more money and get a stronger “branded product” at Best Buy or other reliable dealer, the TV is too valuable to trust to a generic product.
