I bought the VideSecu LCD Monitor Ceiling Mount Flat Panel TV Bracket Model ML404B 1E7 to hang a TV in front of a treadmill in an unfinished basement area in my house. I selected it because 1) it was offered by Amazon.com; 2) It met the weight requirements for my TV; 3) it met all the adjustability criteria I was interested in; and 4) the price was right. The adjustability criteria included a) it’s range of vertical adjustment; b) it’s ability to allow the TV to swivel left or right; and c) it’s ability to allow the TV to tilt up or down. I rated the product three stars due to the following shortcomings: i) the slack fit between the two vertical elements is loose and allows the TV to wobble even when everything is tightened down; and ii) the swivel and tilting adjustments need to beefed up to better hold the TV in position. I’m satisfied enough to keep it, but wish it was better made.

LCD MONITOR CEILING MOUNT IS REALLY VERY SIMPLE TO INSTALL AND LOOKS GOOD.
I HAVE TRIED SOME OTHER BUT I FEEL IT IS THE BEST ONE. INSTALLATION IS JUST LIKE 1,2 & 3.

I bought this item for my son as he is re-doing his bedroom. This is a good, sturdy ceiling mount and gets his flat screen TV out of the way.

I purchased this mount for a 32″ Vizio. The mounting went very smooth except when it came to mounting the TV to it. The screws provided were not long enough for my TV. I had to purchase longer screws. Other then that I was very happy with the quality of the product. If you plan on mounting a 32″ inch or smaller and you want the TV to be closer to the ceiling you will have to shorten the post as I did. I took about 8″ of the posts and drilled a new hole and now my TV hangs about 2″ off the ceiling.

this is a good inexpensive mount. a very good range of motion. however it is not easy to tilt vertically as you have to untighten a screw. well worth the money
